MARINI SKINSOLUTIONS SKINCARE RETURN POLICY
Marini SkinSolutions is committed to skincare excellence. If you are unsatisfied with a MSS product, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase.
If you purchased products through an authorized Marini SkinSolutions reseller, please return those items to the place of original purchase. MSS will only return items purchased directly from mariniskinsolutions.com or an authorized reseller. For reasons explained in the section above entitled “Unauthorized Resellers,” we cannot accept returns of items purchased from unauthorized resellers or through unauthorized channels.
To initiate a return, please contact mariniskinsolutions.com Customer Service at (408) 620-3600 Ext. 2005, we are available Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST.
Once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued*, please mail the following items to Marini SkinSolutions.
- Copy of original invoice
- RMA Number
- Unused portion of product
- All original packaging
Once the returned product is received, Marini SkinSolutions will process your return within 14 business days and apply a refund to the credit card used to purchase the item. To ensure receipt of the product we recommend tracking shipment. Marini SkinSolutions is not responsible for return shipping charges or lost items.
*RMA is valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Damaged Products
If you receive product damaged in shipment, please contact mariniskinsolutions.com Customer Support within 3 days of receipt to resolve your issue. Please keep all damaged items and packaging. If you experience a product failure, please contact mariniskinsolutions.com Customer Service immediately. We are available Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST and can be contacted by calling (408) 620-3600 Ext: 2005 or use the Contact Us page.
Authenticity
Make sure you are receiving authentic Marini SkinSolutions products! BEWARE: There are many unauthorized resellers selling potentially counterfeit, damaged, expired, and or unsafe products! MSS will not stand behind any product purchased through an unauthorized reseller. Find an authorized MSS reseller near you.
